The Role: As General Manager, you'll be responsible for the full operation of the business, leading from the front while driving performance, culture, and guest experience. Key responsibilities include: Overseeing all day-to-day operations across bar, bistro, gaming, entertainment and accommodation Leading, mentoring and developing department heads and large teams Managing budgets, wage costs, stock control and P&Ls Ensuring compliance across licensing, gaming and WHS Driving service standards and guest experience Working closely with ownership to deliver commercial and cultural outcomes About You Proven experience as a General Manager or Senior Venue Manager in a high-volume pub or hospitality venue Strong background in food & beverage and gaming operations Confident leader who builds great teams and culture Commercially savvy with strong financial acumen Hands-on, calm under pressure, and thrives in busy environments Comfortable being part of the venue - nights, weekends, and live music energy Offer: Full time, ASAP start!
